摘要 目的:建立大体积进样、程序升温气化、气相色谱质谱联用测定饮用水中的土臭素的分析方法。方法:水中的土臭素用二氯甲烷萃取后大体积进样,程序升温气化、气相色谱质谱分析测定,选择离子定量。结果:在0-1000ng/L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.999,方法检测限为2ng/L,加标回收率在89%-97%之间,精密度RSD〈10%。结论:该方法灵敏度高、准确度好,满足生活饮用水中的土臭素的卫生检测要求。 Objective:A method for determination of geosmin in drinking water by PTV-GC/MS was developed. Methods: Geosmin in drinking water was extracted by dichloromethane. The extract was analyzed by GC/MS with a programmable temperature vaporizer in large volume injection mode. Selected ion mass method was used in quantitative analysis. Results:Within concen-tration range from 0 to 1000 ng/L, the calibration curve had a good linearity, the correlation coefficient was 0.999. The method detection limit was 2 ng/L. Recoveries were between 89% and 97%. Precision RSD〈10%. Conclusions:PTV-GC/MS is a sensitive and accurate method for determination of geosmin in drinking water. It is suitable for monitoring geosmin in drinking water.
