摘要
近年来,高职女校"双师"教师队伍建设呈现出快速发展的态势,但还存在"双师"教师数量不足、分布不均、来源单一、质量不高、培训重视不够、企业兼职教师人数较少、机制尚不健全等问题。从政府政策和学院自身两个角度提出几点对策:政府立法推动校企合作;改革教师专业技术职务评聘办法;政府设立专项资金,重点培养教师"双师"素质;多渠道引进和培养"双师"教师;建立健全实践教学质量评价体系和标准;完善校内分配制度,激发教师提高"双师"素质的积极性。
Taking the current situation of "double- qualified teachers" construction in Guangdong female polytechnic college as an example, this article discussed someproblems which existed in constructing the "double - qualified teachers" in higher female vocational colleges, and also proposed some suggestions for improvement.
