摘要
目的:评价不同方式治疗首诊精神分裂症的经济效果。方法:收集某精神病院首诊精神分裂症患者的住院费用资料312份,运用临床经济学成本-效果分析法进行分析。结果:两种住院方式疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),封闭式住院方式的成本-效果比较低。结论:封闭式住院方式是首诊精神分裂症患者的首选住院方式。
Objective ：To evaluate the economic effectiveness in open and close sickroom for initially diagnosed schizophrenia. Methods：Collect the hospitalization expense of 312 initally diagnosed schizophrenes. Evaluation was carried out with cliniceconomic cost - effectiveness analysis. Results：There was no significant difference between 2 different kinds of hospitalization modes. Cost - effectiveness of close sickroom is lower. Conclusion：Hospitalization in close sickroom is better than that in open sickroom for initially diagnosed schizophrene.
