摘要
在对铰链式制品进行结构、尺寸精度和表面质量分析的基础上,采用浇点设在两铰链的同一边,熔料经过铰链最薄处,充满另一边,使铰链处达到分子高度定向,模具按三板点浇口结构设计,重点介绍铰链制品的注塑模设计与研究。
On the basis of carrying out structural analysis, dimension accuracy analysis and surface quality analysis on products of hinge, the authors put forward the practice of irrigating points being set up on the same side in two hinges, melting stock being full of the other side through the thinnest place of hinge, which makes a hinge reach the molecnle altitude orientation. According to the three cards of running gate physical design, the authors mainly give an introduction of research on the injection molding design of the hinge products.
