摘要
旋耕刀片是旋耕机的主要工作部件,主要由侧切刃、过渡刃和正切刃组成。刀片的形状与参数直接影响旋耕机的工作质量和功率消耗。因此,从功耗最小的角度出发,对正转旋耕灭茬机刀片上的各条刀刃曲线进行分析对比研究,得出在功耗最小时的各条刀刃理想刀片曲线,并着重分析了正切刃在功耗最小情况下的理论曲线方程,为旋耕灭茬机整机性能的提高提供了依据。
The blade is an important composition part of the rotary tiller and stubble cutting machine, the quality of working and energy consumption of rotary cultivation of the rotary tiller was immediately effected by the shape and parameter of the blade. Therefore, this paper analyzed every curve of the blade of the machine and concluded the perfect curve of the blade with the least energy consumption, basis was offered to improve the performance of the whole machine.
