摘要
以单自由度磁悬浮小球系统为研究对象,建立与弹簧阻尼系统刚度与阻尼的对应关系,进行PID控制实验,求解系统刚度与阻尼。研究起始位置对小球悬浮的影响、探讨比例系数kp对刚度与阻尼的影响,为支承特性的理论与实验的研究提供了依据。
Supporting property is one of key performances of magnetic beating and an important research direction in high precision, high rotate speed field. Stiffness and damping relationship between single freedom magnetic ball system and spring- damping system on experiments were set up. Then, solve stiffness and damping depend on the experiments results. At the same time, analysis the influence of start position to little ball suspension and influence of parameter of PID controller to stiffness and damping in this system. All the work is done for supporting property research on magnetic bearing.
