摘要
制造业既创造了财富,也极大地消耗了资源能源,并造成环境污染。为使我国走上可持续发展道路,再制造应运而生。再制造是废旧产品高技术修复、改造的产业化。再制造在国内外得到快速发展,在国外已形成了巨大产业。再制造的基础理论问题是废旧零件的剩余寿命评估;表面工程及纳米表面工程技术是再制造的关键支撑技术,主要包括纳米电刷镀技术、纳米热喷涂技术、纳米减摩自修复添加剂技术、微弧等离子熔覆技术等,它们在再制造工程实践中发挥了重要作用。
Manufacture creates fortune but also makes great consumption of energy and resources, and causes circumstance pollution. In promoting the sustainable development in China, remanufacture which aims at the high tech recovering and reconstructing of waste machinery and electronic products emerges as the times require. Remanufacture develops quickly both in land and abroad and stands as the big enterprise in foreign countries. The basic principle of remanufacture is remaining life assessment of waste while the key supporting technologies are surface engineering and nano-materiaJs surface engineering. These technologies include mainly nano-materials electric brush plating, nanomaterials thermal spraying, nano antifriction serf-repairing additive, micro-arc plasma cladding, which are all of great importance in the application of remanufacture engineering.
