次辉光放电等离子体在棉织物前处理中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 采用大气压下次辉光放电等离子体,处理纯棉和涤棉混纺织物,测试分析织物半制品退浆率、毛效、白度以及断裂强力等质量指标,得出了较常规碱处理工艺大大节省烧碱用量的等离子体预处理工艺;并结合常规酶处理工艺,探讨了等离子体结合酶处理工艺的优势。 Cotton and polyester/cotton blended fabrics were treated by psuedoglow discharge plasma, properties such as desizing ratio, wicking effect, whiteness, tensile strength of the treaed fabric were tested. The results showed that the combination of plasma and alkali process could impart semi products similar properties as those of traditional alkali process, while addition of alkali could be greatly reduced.
