摘要
企业高层管理团队(Top ManagementTem,TMT)是企业的核心和灵魂,关系到企业的可持续发展。针对我国经营管理实践、体制环境和文化的前提下,研究的突破点就是要基于人力资本的视角,从TMT能力、努力水平、价值定价和人力资本产权的界定等因素,探讨影响TMT绩效的权变因素及其变化对TMT治理绩效的影响、TMT的治理绩效评价指标体系的建立、评价主体的确认、评价基准与等级等系统要素的动态影响机制的内在机理关系,将是一个创新的研究思路。
Top Management Team (TMT) , the core and soul of enterprises, affects the sustainable development of enterprises. On the premise of the management practice in state - owned enterprise, the system environment and the cul- ture, the breakthrough in this domain is the human capital perspectives such as TMT's ability, endeavor, value setting and human capital property right defining. The paper discusses the dynamic effect of the internal setting of the evalua- ting indexes system on TMT performance, the affirmative evaluating objects, evaluating principle and rate, and also the changeable factors concerning TMT performance in state- owned enterprises.
