摘要 微生物降解有机磷农药是环境中去毒或减毒降解的主要方式,利用微生物或微生物源酶制剂降解有机磷农药是一个主要努力方向。综述了有机磷农药降解菌的筛选、降解机理、降解酶及其基因、影响降解速率的因子以及有机磷农药降解研究趋势等方面的研究现状。 Residual organophosphorous pesticides in environment are degraded or decreased mainly by means of microbial degradation. A great attention are now being paid to the degradation of environmental residual pesticides using the microorganisms or microbial cell-free enzyme. The current knowledge of the organophosphate biodegradation, including the screen for the degrading microbial, the degradation mechanisms, the degradation related genes and enzymes, factors affecting on the biodegradation and the perspective of microbial degradation on organophosphorous pesticides is reviewed in this paper.
