摘要
从以下两方面体现了敏捷制造资源计划的可视化含义:通过对敏捷制造资源计划系统的内涵分析,构建了资源计划实体关联模型,使制造网络资源达到组织有序;通过引入无线射频识别技术获取生产实时信息,提升实体关联模型的可应用性,解决计划与执行的脱节问题。
This paper detailed visual resource planning system from two aspects. Firstly, analyzed the meaning of resource planning system and set up the entity-relating model. According this model, the resource of manufacturing network could be organized orderly. Secondly,introduced RFID technology that could acquire real-time information to planning system. The entity-relating model can be applied widely and the unmatched problem can be solved between planning and executing by using this technology.
