彩色图像特征融合规则及其在车牌定位中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 快速准确地提取目标特征是目标定位的前提,为此提出一种优良的彩色图像目标特征的融合规则,并应用于车牌定位实践中,以期对有效图像达到100%的定位准确率。 The object location for colorful images can be executed by one of them or together. A fusion ruler was presented for colorful images in order to acquire object fast and accurately. The paper showed a fusion ruler for object location of colorful images, 100% of the location accuracy will be expected for valid colorful vehicle license plate images.
