摘要 研究材料参数、温湿度对蜂窝纸板静态缓冲性能的影响。结果表明,有、无粘结面纸时,蜂窝纸板的缓冲特性是相似的;胞壁厚度、纸板厚度、温湿度对蜂窝纸板的缓冲性能都有影响,随着芯纸胞壁厚度的增加,蜂窝纸板的缓冲特性有所提高,温湿度的变化对蜂窝纸板的缓冲特性有很大影响,但厚度对蜂窝纸板缓冲性能的影响不是很明显。这些研究结果可应用于改进蜂窝纸板的缓冲特性。 The effects of material parameters, temperature and relative humidity on the static cushioning performance of honeycomb paperboard were researched. The results showed that the cushioning performance of paper honeycomb with or without bonded face - sheet are similar; the cellular thickness, thickness of honeycomb paperboard, temperature, and relative humidity all have effects on cushioning performance of honeycomb paperboard. When the cellular thickness of honeycomb core is added, cushioning performance of honeycomb paperboard increases. The changes of temperature and relative humidity have larger effects on the cushioning performance of honeycomb paperboard, but the effect of thickness isn't evident. These results can be employed to improve the cushioning performance of honeycomb paperboard.
