摘要
研究最新研制的杨木刨花模压平面工业托盘的主要材性,研究结果表明:托盘面板的密度最大,为0.97g/cm3,比纵向方向边板、横向方向边板和面板加强筋分别高34.7%、46.9%和16.9%。面板的抗弯强度最大为22.8MPa,比纵向方向边板、横向方向边板和面板加强筋分别高35.8%、89.8%和69.5%。面板的抗弯弹性模量为3009.96MPa比纵向方向边板、横向方向边板和面板加强筋分别高28.7%、159.2%和129.1%。纵向方向边板的侧压强度最大为36.60MPa;单个支撑脚的抗压能力为9.06 t。
The performance of poplar paring molded pallet was studied. The results showed that the density of thesurface-plate is the highest; it is about 0.97g/cm^3 ; it is 34.7%, 46.9% and 16.9% higher than the longitudinal side part, transverse side part, and reinforced part respectively. The surface -plate's bending strength is the highest; it reaches 22.8Mpa; and it is 35.8%, 89.8%, and 69.5% higher than the longitudinal side part, transverse side part, and reinforced part respectively. Also the modulus of elasticity of the surface-plate is 3009.96 Mpa, 28.7%, 159.2% , and 129.1% higher than the longitudinal side part, transverse side part, and reinforced part respectively. The compression strength of the longitudinal side part is the biggest, it reaches 36.60 Mpa. The compression ability of the leg is about 9.06 tons.
