摘要
摘要采用溶液法在MgCl2-Na2CO3-NaHCO3溶液中制备出了碳酸镁晶须,分析了pH值对晶须生长的影响,运用热重分析和XRD对晶须形貌和晶相结构进行了表征,建立了简便快速的化学分析方法对晶须的化学组成进行了分析。结果表明:pH值在9.5以下制得的碳酸镁晶须的光滑性、长径比最好,晶须长约100μm,直径10~20μm,长径比在5—10。反应中碳酸氢钠不消耗,可通过连续添加碳酸钠制备碳酸镁晶须。所制得的碳酸镁晶须化学式为MgCO3·H2O。
MgCO3 whisker was prepared with MgCl2 - NaCO3 - NaHCO3. The effect of pH on the growth of whisker was analyzed. The morphology and structure of the whisker were characterized using thermal weight analysis (TG) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). A simple and rapid chemical analysis method was designed. Chemical composition of the whisker was analysized. The results indicated that the pH lower than 9.5 can give smooth whisker product with 5 - 10 in aspect ratio and about 100 μm in length as well as 10 -20 μm in diameter. The whisker possesses a chemical composition of MgCO32· H2O
