摘要 传统武器装备在制造、使用及销毁时,都会对环境及人体产生危害,并且具有空间上的迁移性和时间上的延续性。研究武器装备的绿色化有利于从源头控制军事环境污染,节约资源能源,节省军费开支,有效地促进军事、环境、经济的可持续发展。阐述了国内外绿色武器装备的研发现状,探讨了武器装备绿色化遵循的基本原则,论述了应用绿色设计实现武器装备绿色化的技术方略,提出了我国发展绿色武器装备的建议。 Since traditional weapons and equipment are dangerous to the environment and human beings in their manufacture, use and treatment and the harm may exist as the space and time change. To research on the green weapons and equipment is good for controlling military pollutions, minimizing the hazard to environment and human, saving resources and energy as well as cut down the fee throughout the entire life cycle of weapons and equipment. The actuality of our country and foreign countries are introduced in the paper, following the environment friendly principle, the contents of green design of weapons and equipment are discussed. Suggestions of how to make green weapons and equipment in China are put forward in the end.
