寒富苹果不同限根栽培植株的光合特性比较 被引量:9

摘要 探讨不同限根栽培处理对寒富苹果植株光合特性的影响,为寒富苹果的限根栽培提供理论依据。采用不同限根栽培处理(大盆规格为盆高30㎝,盆口内径30㎝,盆底内径25㎝;小盆规格为盆高25㎝,盆口内径25㎝,盆底内径20㎝)寒富苹果/山定子(Malus pumila Mill/M.baccata Barkh),利用CIRAS-1型便携式光合系统测定寒富苹果植株光合参数变化。结果表明:大盆植株的叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、光合能力(Pc)、羧化效率(CE)、表观量子效率(AQY)、RuBP最大再生速率均高于小盆植株。不同限根栽培寒富苹果光合日变化有"午休"现象,均呈双峰曲线,且大盆植株的谷值较小盆植株推迟1h,大盆植株的气孔导度(Gs)及细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)大于小盆植株。两种不同限根栽培下寒富苹果植株光合特性差异的原因主要与气孔因素有关。 The objective o f this study was to investigate the effect of different root-zone space on the photosynthetic characteristics of Hanfu apple and to provide a useful study for restricted-root cultivation. Hanfu apple tree was used to investigate the photosynthetic characteristics in different root-zone space with a CIRAS-1 photosynthesis system. The results showed that chlorophyII content, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), photosynthetic capacity, carboxylation efficiency (CE), apparent quantum yield (AQY) and maximum regeneration rate of RuBP for Hanfu plants in large pot were higher than those in small pot. The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate presented double-peak during daytime, the first peak occurred at 10:00 a.m., the second peak occurred after 15:00 p.m., and decreased at noon. Stomata conductance(Gs) and intercellar CO2 concentration(Ci) of plant in large pot were higher than those of plant in small pot. Differences of photosynthetic characteristics in different root-zone space were mainly caused by stomatal factors.
