虫草对慢性肾衰大鼠肝脏和肌肉蛋白合成速率的影响 被引量:28

The rates of protein synthesis in liver and muscle of rats with chronic renal failure treated by artificial Cosdyceps Sinensis

摘要 观察人工虫草醇提液治疗4/6肾截除肾衰大鼠肝脏和肌肉蛋白合成速率(SL%/d,SM%/d)。方法虫草治疗90天时,用大剂量3H苯丙氨酸(3Hphe)注入,测定组织蛋白标记物的掺入量,以观察大鼠SL%/d,SM%/d。结果虫草能有效地降低Scr和BUN,减慢Ccr下降,提高Alb和Hb,减少尿蛋白量,纠正脂质代谢紊乱。SL%/d和SM%/d明显高于CRF对照组,但低于正常组。结论虫草醇提液能减少CRF大鼠蛋白尿,纠正脂代谢紊乱,改善贫血和提高SL%/d和SM%/d。 Objective To investigate the effect of artificial Cosdyceps Sinensis (ACS) on the rates of protein synthesis in liver (SL%/d) and muscle (SM%d) of rats with chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods 30 rats served as normal controls (Group Ⅰ). The 90 nephrectomized rats were subdivided into 2 groups: ACS (ethanol extract 5.0g·kg 1 /d) treated group (Group Ⅱ, n=45) and chronic renal failure control (normal saline) group (Group Ⅲ, n=45). The rate of protein synthesis in liver (SL%/d) and muscle (SM%/d) was determined by 3H phenylalanine radioactive tracer:90 days after experiment. Results As compared with group Ⅲ, group Ⅱ presented:(1)significant lower levels of Scr、BUN、TG、Tch and UprV(P<0 05,0 01); (2) Higher levels of Ccr、Hb、Alb; (3) Higher rate of SL%/d and SM%/d. Conclusion ACS extract can reduce proteinuria, correct lipid metabolic disorder, improve anemia and increase the rates of SL%/d and SM%/d in rats with CRF.
