壳聚糖及壳聚糖膜对水中镉的吸附性能的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究壳聚糖(CTS)和壳聚糖膜(Cd2+-CTS)对Cd2+的吸附性能。方法研究了不同时间、不同温度、不同Cd2+初始浓度下,CTS和Cd2+-CTS对Cd2+吸附率和吸附量的影响;同时,比较了CTS和Cd2+-CTS对Cd2+的吸附能力。结果吸附速率开始时较快,1h后,显著变慢,最终,吸附量和吸附率都趋于平衡;随着温度的升高,吸附量和吸附率均上升,且在同一温度下,Cd2+-CTS的吸附量、吸附率均大于CTS。在室温、溶液的pH值为12、Cd2+浓度为10~40mg/L时,得到CTS及Cd2+-CTS对Cd2+的吸附等温方程为:c0/Q1=0.0197c0+0.0046;c0/Q2=0.0183c0+0.0065(c0为溶液中Cd2+的初始浓度;Q1、Q2分别为CTS及Cd2+-CTS对Cd2+的吸附量)。两方程拟合的相关系数均为0.9998。CTS和Cd2+-CTS对Cd2+的理论饱和吸附量分别为52.8、57.8mmol/L,其与本次实验在30℃时所得到的CTS及Cd2+-CTS对Cd2+的饱和吸附量(分别为53.5、57.0mmol/L)基本吻合。结论CTS和Cd2+-CTS对Cd2+的吸附均符合Langmuir等温方程,且Cd2+-CTS的吸附能力较CTS高。 Objective To study the adsorption ability of the chitosan and the chitosan film to Cd^2+. Methods Under the given condition,different time and different temperature and different beginning concentration of Cd^2+, the adsorption rate and capability of the chitosan and the chitosan film were studied. Results The chitosan (or chitosan film) could adsorb Cd^2+ quickly at first, however, an hour later, the adsorption rate declined slowly. Adsorption rate increased as the temperature increases. There was significant connection between the beginning concentration of Cd2 + and the adsorption rate and capability of the chitosan (or chitosan film). The adsorption rate of the chitosan (or chitosan film) even reached above 80% when the beginning concentration of Cd^2+ was no more than 20 mg/L, whereas the adsorption rate and capability of the chitosan (or chitosan film) declined slowly when enhanced the beginning concentration of Cd^2+. The adsorption rate and capability of the chitosan (or chitosan film) obtained a maximum only when the beginning concentration of Cd^2+ was about 10 mg/L. The adsorptive ability of the chitosan film to Cd^2+ was stronger than that of chitosan under the same condition. Conclusion The biosorption of the chitosan (or chitosan film) to Cd^2+ fits the Langmuir equation and the adsorbability to Cd^2+ of the cbitosan film is stronger compared with cbitosanb.
