摘要
采用问卷调查及访谈法,调查福建省普通中学身体练习障碍学生接受特殊体育教育的状况,对特殊体育课程地位和目标、课程内容及课程资源、政策法规等方面进行探讨,提出和谐社会背景下中学特殊体育教育改革的必要性与紧迫性。通过调查研究认为,教育公平和生命关怀理念是特殊体育教育改革的理论依据,中学特殊体育教育的改革与重建,应从政策保障、课程调适、支持系统完善等几个方面着手,寻求学生身心发展的最大值。
Adopting questionnaire and interview, this paper studied the state of body practice disability students accepted the special physical education in regular middle schools in Fujian Province. This discussion about the curriculum position, orientation, contents, resources, laws and regulations of special physical education, put forward the necessity and urgency of special physical education reform in middle schools under the backdrop of harmonious society. By the investigation and study, this paper was suggested that the idea of education fair and life concern was special physical education reform' s basic theory. Its reform and rebuild shoud be setted about regulations safeguarding, curriculum adjusting, support systems bettering and so on, and find the largest value of the all- round development of students.
