摘要
用均匀设计法对枯草芽孢杆菌ZB-6的发酵培养基进行了优化,最佳培养基配方为:在每升培养液中,蔗糖4.82 g、牛肉膏3.15 g、黄豆饼粉11.01 g、硝酸铵5.21 g、磷酸氢二钾5.04 g、磷酸二氢钾2.84 g。优化验证实验结果为6.7×109cfu.mL-1明显高于原发酵培养基结果2.36×108cfu.mL-1。
ZB-6, a Bacillus subtilis strain obtained from healthy tomato leaf, showed a strong inhibitory activity toward plant pathogens. The Uniform Design was used to optimize the medium formulation for ZB-6 fermentation in shaking flasks. The identified formulation was : sugar 4.82 g, beef extract 3.15 g, bean cake powder 11.01 g, ammonium nitrate 5.21 g, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 5.04 g, and potassium dihydrogen phosphate 2.84 g. It increased the ZB- 6 biomass concentration from 2. 36×10^9 to 6.7×10^9 cfu · mL^-1.
