摘要
国内高等教育经费需求与供给之间的矛盾是推行成本补偿政策的主要动因。高等教育成本补偿政策的推行涉及与高等教育成本有关的各个方面,针对国内高等教育成本补偿的现状及存在的不足,国家、高校、社会组织、受教育家庭及个人等各方面还应共同努力以进一步完善国内高等教育成本补偿政策。
Contradiction between the demand and supply of higher education at home is the main driving force for the cost of compensation policy, implementation of the compensation policy with the cost of higher education involved in all aspects. Against the present situation and short comings to cost compensation at home, the state, colleges, community organizations, families and individuals to education, and other areas should also make joint efforts to further improve the national higgner education cost compensation policy.
