摘要
针对直接空冷机组夏季高背压限负荷问题,系统地分析了采用尖峰冷却系统的可行性。介绍了系统的组成原理,并通过换热系统的冷却能力的理论计算,为系统的合理设计提供了依据。实际系统的运行情况表明,系统投运后可有效降低机组的运行背压,提高了机组的安全经济运行水平。
Concerning on load limitation on air-coal-condensed unit when high exhausted pressure in summer, the application feasibility of the peak cooling system is analysed. The combination theory of the system is covered, and the evidence is provided for the system reasonable design through cooling system theorical calculation of the heat transform system. The actual system opration is proved to be effective to the remarkable improvement on the exhausted pressure, security and economy level of the unit.
