摘要
通过室内研究,建立了将植物组织的粉末混入0.5%琼脂溶液中冷凝后来测定植物化感作用的"琼脂混粉法",并利用该方法对40种园林植物叶片进行了测定。在10g/L的粉末添加浓度下,各供试植物均对结球生菜幼苗的生长产生了不同程度的抑制作用,且普遍对胚根的抑制大于对胚轴的抑制。其中,南天竹、海桐、金丝桃、常春藤、复羽叶栾树、石榴、矮天牛、华山松、鸡爪槭、观赏桃、合欢和萱草等植物叶片对胚根生长的抑制率以及南天竹和华山松叶片对胚轴生长的抑制率均达90%以上。
Laboratory studies were conducted to establish the method of grinded plant tissue powder mixed with agar (PPA) to determine the allelopathic activity of leaf powder of 40 plant species. Growth of radicles and hypocotyls of lettuce as a test plant were inhibited due to the allelopathic effect at 10g/L concentration. The inhibition effect was higher for radicles than for hypocotyls. The inhibition rates of the leaves of Nandina domestica, Pittosporum tobira, Hypericum chinense , Hedera nepalensis , Koelreuteria bipinnata , Punica granatum, Petunia hybrida , Pinus armandii, Acer palmatum, Prunus persica, Albizzia jullbrissin and HemerocaUis fulva to radicles elongation, and the leaves of Nandina domestica and Pinus armandii to hypocotyls elongation could reach over 90%, respectively.
