设ｎ维欧氏空间Ｅｎ中ｎ维单形Ω的外接球半径为Ｒ，内切球半径为ｒ，Ｍ．Ｓ．Ｋｌａｍｋｉｎ获得了一个几何不等式Ｒ≥ｎｒ．
Let R and r denote the circumradius and inradius of n simplex Ω in E n respectivel. S.Klamkin got a geometric inequality: R≥nr. In this paper,some extensions for the inequality are given.
