摘要
采用铬天青S作显色剂,在表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,于pH=6.0的HAc-NH4Ac缓冲溶液中,利用双波长K系数法对Cu,Fe两混合体系的同时测定进行了研究.方法摩尔吸光系数ΔεCu=4.08×104,ΔεFe=8.75×104,线性范围均在0~22mg/25L.
A new doublewavelength Kcoefficient method for the simultaneous determination of Fe and Cu in citric acid has been developed.The results show that a high sensitivity(Δε Fe =8.75×10 4,Δε Cu =4.08×10 4) can be obtained in the reaction between Fe or Cu and CAS. The procedure for simultaneous determination of the coefficient K and slope of calibration curve by linear plot method is presented.This method has been successfully applied to the analysis of the samples of beverages and chemical agents.
