摘要
骨形态发生蛋白成骨作用早已被证实,但是如何使其稳定高效的发挥成骨作用是研究的热点也是难点。基因重组、基因转染是分子生物学研究的新进展,为组织工程的深入发展提供理论和技术基础。基因工程化骨形态发生蛋白的应用在骨组织工程中具有广阔的前景。现就骨形态发生蛋白的成骨机制及其在骨组织工程中的应用进行综述。
The osteogenesis of bone morphogenetie protein had been verified. But how to make then play ossifieation with stability and high-performance is the hot and difficult spot. Gene reeombination and gene transfeetion are the new progresses in molecular biology, whieh provides theory and technology basis for further study of tissue engineering. The application of genetic bone morphogenesis protein has the broad prospeers in bone tissue engineering.This article makes a brief review on the BMPs about osteogenestie mechanism as well as the applieation in bone tissue engineering.
