摘要
研究以轮形铸件为例,基于激光选区烧结(SLS)技术直接烧结覆膜树脂砂铸造型壳新工艺(DSPC)。该工艺可由铸件三维数字实体模型"反求"精铸型壳实体模型,利用SLS技术直接烧结覆膜树脂砂,制造型壳,然后对铸型经过适当后处理,浇注了3种材质(铸铝、铸铁和铸钢)的金属件。论文对此新工艺的相关问题进行了分析、研究、改进,实现了SLS技术与快速铸造技术一体化。
Taken the wheel-shaped casting as an example, the new process of direct shell production casting (DSPC) by Selective Laser Sintering technology(SLS) was investigated. This method can realize to reverse the wheel's moulds by its casting model., The casting moulds can be prepared by sintering precoated resin sand using SLS technology. Subsequently appropriate treatment to the moulds, the wheel-shaped aluminum, iron, and steel castings were poured successfully. Some technological factors were analyzed and modified, thus can realize the integration of SLS and rapid casting.
