精炼工艺影响ZL102合金表面张力的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以精炼剂加入量、精炼时间和精炼温度为影响因素,利用回归正交设计法设计了精炼工艺影响ZL102合金表面张力的实验方案,利用自行研制的表面张力快速测定仪炉前测定ZL102合金液的表面张力,建立了精炼工艺影响ZL102合金表面张力的模型。结果表明,精炼剂加入量对ZL102合金表面张力影响显著,精炼时间次之,精炼温度的影响不明显,交互相和二次相的影响可以忽略。进一步实验表明,利用该模型求得的表面张力值与实际测量值偏差较小。 The experimental scheme was designed using orthogonal regression test, in which the content of refining agent, refining time and refining temperature were considered as the affecting factors, and surface tension of ZL102 is measured in front of furnace by the self-developed apparatus. A model that refining technology affects the surface tension is established. The results show that the content of refining agent has a significant effect on the surface tension of ZL102 alloy, refining time is inferior, and that refining temperature has almost no effect on the surface tension and the effect of the interactive and quadratic terms can be neglected. The further investigation show that the calculated surface tension slight deviates from the measured values.
