摘要
通过动态比较电力用户在正常与异常计量情况下模拟量回路与电能计量回路的功率、电流和脉冲,并调用电能表本身防窃电信息,通过借助无线信道传输,对电力负荷管理中心主站集中监视和发现用户窃电和计量回路异常的问题提出了解决方案。
