时辰化疗作用机制的生物学研究进展 被引量:22

摘要 “时间生物学”是近年来生命科学研究的热点。已知所有生命活动均遵循一定的生物节奏周而复始地进行,如:正常组织及靶组织细胞DNA合成、药物代谢限速酶的活性、药物敏感性相关基因的表达及药物代谢活动等节律。随着生物节律调节基因在哺乳类乃至人类中的定位和克隆,生命科学对“生物钟”的研究连续两年被国际权威杂志(科学Science)评为“可能改变人类对自然的认识,从而产生重大社会和经济效益的、有重大突破的研究领域”,成为近年生命科学领域的研究热点。
