摘要
以硫酸和七水硫酸亚铁为原料,另入氧化剂氯酸钾,在加热搅拌的条件下制备聚合硫酸铁,并确定最佳制备条件。实验表明:加入FeSO4·7H2O16g、H2SO41.1ml、氧化剂1.1g、常压条件下温度控制在50℃~70℃、反应时间为20~30min、加水10ml可以制出pH为0.568、盐基度12.64%、全铁含量166.89g的产品。
This research uses the ferrous sulfate and the sulfuric acid as synthesis raw material,joins the potassium chlorate to take the oxidant. And stirs unceasingly under the heating condition to synthesizes PFS. The best technological conditions of preparaton Poly ferric Sulfate are: FeSO4·7H2O16g, H2SO4 1.1 ml,oxidant 1. lg,under the atmospheric pressure condition control the temperature between 50℃ -70℃ , the reaction time 20-30min, adds water 10ml can possible to generate this production:pH is 0. 568, the basicity 12.64% ,Fe 166.89g.
