摘要
通过多种有氧运动锻炼,改变不良生活习惯,运动强度控制在心脏功能能力(FC)的30%-45%,采用身体成分测定和体质健康测试的评价方法,研究有氧运动对肥胖男大学生身体成分和体质健康的影响。结果表明,有氧运动能有效地改善男大学生的身体成分和肥胖体型,增强体质和心肺系统机能,从而提高《国家学生体质健康标准》成绩。
By more exercise of oxygen-sports.Change of unhealthy life is also a must and amount of exercise increases gradually, exercise intensity according to oneself function capacity: 30%~45%, By the methods of body composition and constitution, to research the effect of Oxygen-sports intervention on body composition and Physical Health of male Corpulence College Studentsamong physical compositi-on and physical health. Conclusion.oxygen-sports intervention decrease the accumulation of fat inbelly and inside thighup-hip and impro-ve body constitution, cardiovasc ular system. Thus male college student' s Health Standard of constitution can be enhanced.
