摘要
采用实验方法探讨八段锦的健心功效。采用POMS及SCL-90量表分别测出实验前后实验组和对照组大学生心境及其心理健康水平,并进行统计分析。在心境方面,实验组被试实验前后紧张、慌乱、总分量表达到了显著水平,抑郁分量表达到了非常显著水平。在心理健康方面,躯体化、焦虑达到了显著水平,在强迫症状、抑郁、敌对等方面达到了非常显著水平。结论:八段锦属于中小强度的有氧运动,用来练习持久力和耐力,可以增强自我控制能力,有助于修心养性,调整心态,促使大学生心境向积极的方向发展。
Experiments were done to reveal the psychological effects of Ba Duan Jin. POMS and SCL - 90 were adopted to study the college students classified into experimental group and contrast group. Statistical analysis showed that for the students of the experimental group, the scale of tension, anxiety, hostility, compusion had reached a significant level. The scale of depression was high. It was revealed that Ba Duan Jin was a sport with medium intensity and an aerobic exercise. It could build self control and healthy mind.
