摘要 [目的]明确碳氮源和培养方法对蛹虫草液体菌种的影响。[方法]配制不同碳氮源的培养液,接种蛹虫草菌种后分别进行振荡培养和静置培养,观察培养液中菌丝球的大小、多少和分生孢子数量,再进行栽培比较。[结果]碳源以玉米糁、玉米、小麦、小麦米为好,氮源以蛹汤和蛋白胨为好,培养方法则以振荡培养为好。[结论]选用适宜碳氮源进行蛹虫草的振荡培养,可获得优良的液体菌种。 In order to clarify the effect of carbon and nitrogen source and cultivation method on the bacterium grows liquid of Cordyceps militaris sinensis,several culture solutions were prepared with the different carbon and nitrogen sources,and inoculated with the bacterium grows liquid of Cordyceps militaris sinensis.Then it was cultivated by oscillating and quiet ways separately.The size,number of hypha ball and the amount of mitogenic spore in culture solution were observed and the cultivated methods were also compared.The result indicated the better carbon source were maize,rice,and wheat grain;the better nitrogen source were pupa soup and peptone;and oscillating cultivation was better than quiet cultivation.The conclusion was the excellent bacterium liquid of Cordyceps militaris sinensis can be obtained with the proper carbon and nitrogen source and oscillating cultivation method.
