摘要
采用气相色谱/质谱法对以乙醚提取的"翔安邨"白酒中香气成分进行了分析鉴定,共分离和初步鉴定22个芳香性成分。其中主要芳香性成分是乙酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯、辛酸乙酯、棕榈酸乙酯、异戊醇、异丁醇等。
Aroma Components of Fen- flavour Liquor "xianghncun" were extracted by ether. According to the analysis of gas chromatography / mass spectrometry,22 Aroma components were separated and identified. The main components were ethyl acetate, ethyl lactate, ethyl eaprylate, ethyl palmitate, isobutanol, soamylol, etc.
