摘要
水煤浆是固液两相组成的非牛顿型流体,流变性能十分复杂,影响因素也很多,其流变特性对输送和燃烧起着决定性作用。本文利用长焰煤制备的浓度为60%~65%的水煤浆,研究了其浓度、添加剂、温度及搅拌时间对煤浆流变性的影响,初步分析了煤浆流变性变化的原因。
As a non- newtonian fluid composed of solid and Liquidphases, CWM is rather complicated in rheological propertywhich is subjected to a number of influence factors. It plays adecisive role in pumping and combustion of CWM. Tests weremade of the effect of density, additives,temperature and mix-ing time on the rheological property of the CWM preparedwith long - flame coal with a comcentration of 60 % ~65%.Apreliminary analysis is given of the cause of variation of rheological property of CWM.
