摘要
从管理经济学的角度,运用博弈论的有关理论,对20世纪60年代调整后农村人民公社个人收入分配制度进行博弈分析,指出政策的强制性实施,导致资源无法有效配置是人民公社模式失败的一个重要原因,提出当前在社会主义新农村分配体制建设中要坚持自愿自主原则、充分尊重农民的意愿、保障农民的自主性,同时在分配中要体现公平和效率的结合。
Game analysis was conducted on the individual income distribution system of rural peoples commune after adjustment in the 1960s from the angle of management economics by using relative game theory. It was pointed out that the forcing implementation of policy, which caused that the resources couldnt be collocated effectively, was an important reason for the failure of peoples commune mode. It was suggested to persist in voluntary and independent principle, respect peasantry wish sufficiently and guarantee peasantry independence in the distribution system construction of socialism new countryside at present and to emily the combination of justice and efficiency in distribution.
