简述了化学镀Ni-P合金和热处理复合工艺的理论依据,电解液组成和工艺条件;详细地研究了Ni-P镀层和复合涂层的耐腐蚀、耐磨性能和结构以及在铸模中的应用效果。
The theoritical basis of the composite process of chemical deposition Ni-P alloy and heat treatment and the composition of electrolyte solution and technological conditions are briefly described. The performance of corrosion and wear resistance and structure of Ni-P and composite coat as well as the application effect of the composite precess in casting mould are considerably investigated.
