摘要
为了研究清宫药的抗炎药理学作用,在实验室条件下建立了小鼠耳肿胀模型、足肿胀模型、毛细血管通透性模型和棉球肉芽肿模型,观察清宫药对炎症反应的影响。结果表明,清宫药对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸引起的组织毛细血管的通透性增加、鸡蛋清引起的足跖肿胀及炎症介质前列腺素E2(PGE2)的渗出和棉球引起的肉芽增生都有明显的抑制作用。清宫药具有明显的抗急、慢性炎症效应,其抗炎作用主要是通过抑制炎症介质的产生而实现的。
Mice auricle edema model,Mice metatarsal swelling model,capillary osmosis model and granuloma model were made in order to study the effect of the complex of the harbel QinggongYao on anti-inflammatory. The results showed that the complex of the QinggongYao could markedly inhibit xylene-induced swell of mice auricle, acetic-aicd-induced effusion of Evans Blue in abdomen, egg albumen-induced mice metatarsal swelling rate, PGE2 quantity in inflammatory feet, as well as the grenuloma induced by tampon. The complex QinggongYao could reject acute inflammation and chronic inflammation conspicuously by inhibiting the production of mediators of inflammation.
