摘要
目的建立盐酸莫西沙星的紫外分光光度测定法并测定其片剂的含量。方法以0.1mol/L盐酸溶液为溶剂,测定波长为296nm。结果盐酸莫西沙星在1~10μg/ml浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率99.0%,RSD=1.2%(n=5)。结论该法操作简便、快速,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可用于盐酸莫西沙星片剂含量的快速测定。
Objective To establish an ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for the determination of moxifloxacin chloride tablets. Methods O. 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid was used as dissolvent and detective wavelength was 296 nm. Results The linear range of moxifloxacin was in the concentration of 1 - 10 μg/ml (r = 0. 999 6), and the average recovery was 99.0% ,RSD = 1.2% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion This method was simple,rapid and accurate for the determination of moxifloxacin chloride tablets.
