摘要
目的:观察冠心Ⅱ号对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂、TNF-α、NO及TXA_2/PGI_2的影响。方法:将24只大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组、冠心Ⅱ号治疗组,观察各组大鼠甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、TNF-α、NO及TXB_2/6-keto PGF_1α(T/K)水平的变化。结果:模型组的TG、TC和TNF-α含量及T/K比值明显高于正常对照组;冠心Ⅱ号组的TG、TC和/TNF-α含量及T/K比值较模型组明显下降。模型组血清NO含量较正常对照组明显降低,冠心Ⅱ号组血清NO含量较模型组明显增加。结论:冠心Ⅱ号可明显降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠血清TG、TC和TNF-α水平及T/K比值,提高NO含量。
Objective:To observe the effects of guanxinⅡon serum TG,TC,TNF-α,NO and TXA2/PGI2 in atherosclerosis rats. Methods:24 rats were divided into three groups at random:normal,model and guanxinⅡgroups,serum TG,TC,TNF-α,NO and TXA2/ PGI2 were tested. Results:The levels of TG,TC,TNF-αand T/K in the model group were higher than those in the normal,they were decreased obviously in guanxinⅡgroup,there was significant difference between the two groups.The serum NO concentration in the model group was significant lower than that in the normal,it was obviously increased in guanxinⅡgroup. Conclusion:GuanxinⅡcan prevent and treat atherosclerosis with muitiple levels and multiple sites by means of reducing blood lipid,TNF-αlevel,promoting the synthesis of PGI_2 and NO and regulating the balance of T/K.
