摘要
套袋红富士苹果树经根施、叶喷纳米硒有机生物制剂(简称硒剂)后,用原子荧光法测定叶、茎和苹果的含硒量。结果表明,不同生长期果树各部位的含硒量不同,其中苹果的含硒量比对照苹果(没喷硒剂)增加了4~6倍。在果树生长期之间,随着喷施的次数增加,苹果含硒量也随之增加;果树不同部位含硒量也在增加,其含硒量的顺序为:叶〉茎〉果。
Nano- Se Organic biological preparation (Se preparation for brevity) was fertilized on roots and sprinkled on the leaves of the red Fushi apple trees, and the Se content in the leave, stem and apple was determined by atom fluorescence method. The results show that the Se content is different in each part of apple trees during the growing period. The Se content of the treated apple is 4- 6 times higher than that of the comparative apple. The Se content of the leave, stem and apple all increases with Se- sprinkling times during the growing period. The Se content in the different parts of the apple trees is as follows: leave〉stem〉 apple.
