摘要
文章从专利文献的特点入手,介绍了专利文献在企业技术创新中的作用,并通过对我国、我省企业利用专利信息现状的分析,分别从政府、企业和信息咨询服务机构三个层面,对加快专利信息的传播、开发和利用,提高企业创新能力提出了相应的措施建议。
The article, from the characteristics of patent documents, introduces the their function in enterprises＇ technological innovation, and after analyzing the current situation in our province and in China, gives some corresponding suggestions to quicken the spread, development and use of patent information from the respects of government, enterprise and information consulting services.
