心血管疾病患者血清NO与SOD、LPO水平变化及其相互关系的研究 被引量:6

摘要 对23例原发性高血压(EH)、36例冠心病(CHD)和30例健康人血清NO、SOD和LPO其中CHD组包括15例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)和21例非梗塞性CHD水平的测定.结果表明,EH组血清NO水平较健康对照组显著降低(P<0.01),而SOD活性无显著性差异;在CHD组中,与健康对照组比较,NO和SOD水平均显著降低(P<0.01),其中,非梗塞性CHD组的NO和SOD水平也均显著降低(P<0.01),AMI组与对照组间均无显著性差异(P<0.01);另外,AMI组较非梗塞组SOD活住显著位增高(P<0.01),NO水平虽有增高但无显著性意义;所有各患者组血清LPO均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01).结果提示,在心血管疾病发生发展过程中,NO与氧自由基之间存在着相互关系。 The relationship between serum No and SOD, LPO levels of cardiovascu1ar diseases were studied in 23patients with essential Hypertension (EH), 36 patients with CHD (15 AMI and 21 non-AMI) and 30 controls. Much lower NO levels were observed in patients with EH (P < 0. 01 ), the changes of SOD were not sigfnificant. in CHD group, patients demonstrated lower NO and SOD levels than controls (P < 0. 01 ), and so were patients with non-AMI but no significant change between patient with AMI and controls. Moreover, SOD level in patient with AMI was higher than that in patients with non-AMI (P < 0. 01 ), but the NO Levels were increased also although not significant. The serum LPO of all groups had higher levels than the controls (P < 0. 01 ).These results suggest that there is relationship between NO and oxide radical in the formation and development of myocardiol-vascular diseases.
