摘要 目的:建立以气相色谱-质谱法测定火麻壳和火麻仁中△^9-四氢大麻酚含量的方法。方法:采用HP-5石英毛细管柱,程序升温:200℃(保持1min)270℃(保持10min),升温速率为3℃·min^-1,进样口温度为280℃,检测器温度为290℃。结果:△^9-四氢大麻酚检测浓度在5.0~45.0μg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积比值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9987);最低检测限为1.0μg·mL^-1(S/N=5);平均加样回收率为81.1%,RSD=3.8%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于火麻制品的质量控制。 OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of △^9- tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in hemp by GC-MS. METH ODS: HP- 5 quartz capillary column was used. The temperature programming was as follows: the initial temperature was kept at 200 ℃ for 1 min, then raised to 270 ℃ at the rate of 3 ℃. min ^-1 and kept for 10 min; the injector temperature was 280 ℃ and the detector temperature was 290 ℃. RESULTS: The good linearity between peak area and concentration was obtained over the range of 5.0 -45.0 μg . mL^-1 ( r = 0.998 7). The lowest detectable limit was 1.0μg . mL^-1(S/N = 5) .The average recovery rate was 81.1% (RSD = 3.8%, n = 9) . CONCLUSION: The procedure is simple, accurate and reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of hemp preparation.
