摘要
目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定肺炎合剂中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Spheri-5RP—C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(8.5:91.5),流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为328nm。结果:绿原酸检测浓度在5.00~100.00μg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为98.15%,RSD=3.68%(n=6)。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in Pneumonia mixture. METHODS: The separation of samples was performed on a column of Spheri- 5 RP- C18 (250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) . The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphate (8.5 : 91.5) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL . min^ -1.The detection wavelength was set at 328 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.00-100.00μg . mL^-1 for Chlorogenic acid(r = 0.999 9) .The average recovery was 98.15%, (RSD = 3.68%, n = 6) .CONCLUSION: The method was rapid, simple and accurate, and it can be used for the quality control of Pneumonia mixture.
