摘要
目的：建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定肺炎合剂中绿原酸含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为Spheri-5RP—C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．4％磷酸（8．5：91．5），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为328nm。结果：绿原酸检测浓度在5．00～100．00μg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999）；平均加样回收率为98．15％，RSD=3．68％（n=6）。结论：本方法快速、简便、准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE： To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in Pneumonia mixture. METHODS： The separation of samples was performed on a column of Spheri- 5 RP- C18 （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm） . The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphate （8.5 ： 91.5） with a flow rate of 1.0 mL . min^ -1.The detection wavelength was set at 328 nm. RESULTS： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.00-100.00μg . mL^-1 for Chlorogenic acid（r = 0.999 9） .The average recovery was 98.15%, （RSD = 3.68%, n = 6） .CONCLUSION： The method was rapid, simple and accurate, and it can be used for the quality control of Pneumonia mixture.
