摘要
本文系统地阐述了冲击回波法检测混凝土结构厚度和内部缺陷的原理、设备、方法,并将其应用于上海某工程地下连续墙墙体厚度与成型质量的检测中。检测结果表明,冲击回波法检测地下连续墙具有很好的准确度,与实际取芯结果较吻合。该法在地下连续墙厚度和成墙质量检测中的成功应用,扩大了其应用范围,具有很好的工程检测意义。
Impact-echo technique is a method for nondestructive testing of concrete structure, which based on transient stress wave. It can be used to measure thickness of concrete structures and detect defect in the concrete structures. The principle, equipments, and methods of detecting RC structures thickness and defect by impact-echo technique was represented systematically in this paper. Also impact-echo technique was applied in detecting underground continuous wall thickness and molding quality of a project in Shanghai, the testing results showed: detecting underground continuous wall by impact-echo technique had good accuracy, and the testing results agreed with the coring well. Detecting underground continuous wall thickness and molding quality by impact-echo technique expanded application range of impact-echo technique, which had good significance of engineering detection.
