石杉碱甲与吡啶斯的明预防有机磷神经毒剂效果的比较 被引量:1

Comparison of Effect of Huperzine A and Pyridostigmine Bromide in Preventing Poisoning Caused by Organophosphorous Nerve Intoxicant

摘要 目的研究石杉碱甲预防有机磷神经毒剂的效果,并与溴化吡啶斯的明作用进行比较。方法以1.0 mg/kg石杉碱甲、5.82 mg/kg溴化吡啶斯的明分别给大鼠灌胃,30 min后以2.7 mg/kg的对氧磷进行染毒,观察各组死亡率、死亡时间、胆碱能中毒症状,并与对照组比较。结果预防给予石杉碱甲或溴化吡啶斯的明,石杉碱甲预防组死亡率为10.00%,溴化吡啶斯的明预防组死亡率为15.00%,对照组死亡率为54.54%,两预防组0.5 h及1.0 h的不自主运动(IM)和流涎、流泪、排尿、排便(SLUD)评分均低于对照组,预防组与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两预防组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论石杉碱甲对有机磷神经毒剂具有良好的预防作用,达到了与溴化吡啶斯的明同样的预防效果。 Objective To study the comparative effect of huperzine A and pyridostigmine bromide in preventing poisoning caused by organophosphorous nerve intoxicant. Methods 1.0 mg/kg huperzine A and 5. 82 mg/kg pyridostigmine bromide were used as the preventive agent respectively 30 min prior to the paraoxon(2.7 mg/kg)administration. The mortality and scores of salivation, lacrimation, urination and defecation(SLUD) and involuntary movements(IM)were recorded and compared with the control group. Results After given 1.0 mg/kg huperzine A or 5.82 mg/kg pyridostigmine bromide, the mortality of huperzine A and pyridostigmine treatment group were 10.00% and 15.00%, the mortality of the control group was 54. 54%, scores of SLUD and IM of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P〈0.05). No significant difference between two treatment groups was found(P〉0.05). Conclusions Huperzine A is effective in preventing poisoning caused by organophosphorous nerve intoxicant and its efficacy is equal to that of pyridostigmine bromide.
