摘要
目的应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对贵州不同产地葛根药材进行指纹图谱研究。方法色谱柱为XDB-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸水溶液,二元梯度洗脱,流速为0.5mL/min,检测波长为250nm。结果根据选择的色谱条件制订了贵州不同产地葛根药材的指纹图谱。结论HPLC法操作简便、结果稳定、重现性好,可更好地控制葛根药材的内在质量。
Objective To study a fingerprint of raw material of radix purerariae thomsonii from various habitats by HPLC. Methods XDB- C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,with the mixture of methyl alcohol and 0.2% glacial acetic acid as the mobile phase in a gradient mode. The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min and the wavelength was 250 nm. Results According to the optimum chromatographic conditions, a good fingerprint of radix puerariae thomsonii was described. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It provides a scientific basis for controlling the quality of radix puerariae thomsonii.
